If you are not satisfied with Scalebit for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No questions asked. Simply contact us at support@scalebit.app and we will process your refund promptly.

How Refunds Work

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of any charge
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed via our payment partner, Paddle
  • You will typically receive your refund within 5-10 business days

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing period
  • You retain full access to the Service until your current period expires
  • Your data is retained for 90 days after your subscription ends, in case you decide to reactivate
